Eating Disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder are serious disorders that can strike across all barriers, making sufferers miserable and robbing them of joy and satisfaction. Join Kelly F. Dennis MS LPC and Mountville Mennonite Church for a seminar discussing the various types of Eating Disorders and their treatment. Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with an office in Millersville. She has experience in helping individuals and families work through mental health issues including, eating disorders, anxiety, & depression.

Kelly uses an approach that combines genetic, cognitive, social, spiritual, and cultural factors in assessing behavior. Participants will learn about various forms of Eating Disorders, their treatment and the role that community plays in recovery. During our time together, we’ll learn how to moderate the effects of Eating Disorders through psychoeducation, mindfulness meditation, cognitive therapy, and breathing techniques.

Equip yourself to cope with an Eating Disorder, either in yourself or in someone you care about by attending this informative 2-hour seminar on Saturday, March 30, 2019, beginning at 9am. Contact Mountville Mennonite Church for more info: 717-285-3610.
